Cascades & Friends - Seattle Show & Clinic

Come watch the Seattle Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps as well as other outstanding performing ensembles in a full day of activities on July 8, 2023. “Cascades and Friends” is sponsored by the Northwest Youth Music Association. 

Tickets cost only $10 for anyone over 5 years old.

The day’s activities begin with a clinic for brass, percussion and colorguard students, ages 14-21. Performers will learn marching techniques and music from the outstanding Cascades staff from 1-5pm, receive a t-shirt and eat a meal with the Seattle Cascades before the National Anthem and the evening’s performance that starts at 7pm. The clinic fee is $50 per student and also includes free admission to the evening show. Students should bring their own instrument, wear appropriate marching attire, bring sunscreen, a water bottle and wear comfortable shoes (no flip flops).

The evening show begins at 7pm and includes performances by Beats of Redmond, Soundwave, Blue Thunder, Drummers Den and other performers to be determined.

The evening will conclude with the unveiling of the Seattle Cascades 2023 production “Revival” featuring “Bad Moon Rising” by Fogerty, “Stained Glass” by Gillingham, “Angel in the Architecture” by Ticheli and “Revival” by Eminem.
